2008 Contingency Program

Up to a $30,000 Prize Fund

 

The 2008 Tabor Rally Team / Silverstone Tyres, USA Contingency Program is available to all licensed rally participants that enter either Rally-America National Series Events or NASA Rallysport United States Rally Championship events or the supporting regional events.

Award availability:

National: available to Rally-America Production, Production GT, Group 2 Group 5, and Open classes.. All currently eligible NASA Rallysport classes also qualify.

Regional: available to Rally-America Production, Production GT, Group 2 Group 5, and Open classes.. All currently eligible NASA Rallysport classes also qualify.

 

Notes:

A: This is an optional contingency awards program.  This program is administered by the Tabor Rally Team / Silverstone Tyres,    USA, NOT by Rally-America, NASA Rallysport or the WSRC.  You MUST contact Tabor Rally Team / Silverstone Tyres, USA and obtain the proper signup form/decals PRIOR to the qualifying event you enter. 

B: “Silverstone High Performance Tyres” decals are required on any competition vehicle that is on this program. 

B1:  Decals are free, and are available only through the Tabor Rally Team.  The decals must be installed over either the front or rear wheel wells, unless otherwise approved by the Tabor Rally Team.

B2:  Decals must be in place at every event entered included in this program.  Cars with damaged or missing decals are not eligible for award.  Replacement decals are free.

B3:  Cars with competing company decals are disqualified.

B4:  Registered competitors must purchase tires within 120 days of first event counted towards contingency payout.

C:  Payout method:

C1:  For all qualified entrants, Tabor Rally Team payouts are in credits toward future purchase for National and Regional teams with Silverstone Tyres on all four corners throughout the entire event. 

C1.1:  Prizes will not be awarded at the events

C1.2:  Qualified entrants must contact the Tabor Rally Team to obtain and redeem credits.

C1.3:  Credit awards are based on class finish position versus other entrants registered for this program.

C2:  Only Silverstone Tyres originally purchased directly from the Tabor Rally Team by the entrant in the current competition season qualify for awards.

C3:  National teams entered into the corresponding Regional events at National events are not eligible for the Regional prizes. 

C3.1:  Regional awards are presented for each individual Regional completed.

C3.2:  National entrants who DNF the National event during the first Regional event, and reenter the subsequent Regional support event, are qualified for the Regional contingency awards.

C4:  This program is administered ONLY by the Tabor Rally Team.  Award winners are determined by the Tabor Rally Team.  The Tabor Rally Team will issue all credit vouchers.  Merchandise redemption requests are to be made directly to:
